You cannot buy a firearm here. This site has no checkout and takes no payment. Everything published here is information, not an offer to sell, and nothing on it creates a contract.
Every firearm sale and every transfer is completed in person at the counter, with a completed ATF Form 4473 and a background check, and only if we can lawfully make the transfer. We can decline any sale or transfer for any lawful reason, and we will decline one whenever we are not satisfied it is lawful.
Prices, service costs and anything described as in stock can change without notice, and a page can be out of date between the day it is written and the day you read it. If a number matters to your decision, call and we will tell you where it actually stands that day.
You must be legally allowed to receive and possess a firearm under federal law and Texas law. Federal law sets the minimum age at 21 for handguns and 18 for long guns from a licensed dealer, and there are categories of people prohibited from possessing firearms entirely. The background check, not this page, is what determines the answer in your case.
We write about firearms law, NFA items and Texas rules because customers ask about them, and we try to keep it current. It is general information and it is not legal advice. Laws change, court rulings land, and a page here can be stale before we catch it. For your own situation, check the current law or talk to a lawyer.
Use it normally. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it in a way that degrades it, interfere with it, or submit anything through our forms that is unlawful or that is not yours to send. We may restrict access if you do.
If you send us something through a form, you are telling us it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not send anything through this site that you need to keep confidential.
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to us or to the people we license them from. You are welcome to link to any page. Do not republish our content as your own or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
We link to services we do not control, including Silencer Shop for silencer orders and the ATF for license verification. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is accurate or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on information published here. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the warranty on a product you buy from us, which comes from its manufacturer.
